We will then curate a tailor-made itinerary and sent it over. After you’re happy with your final itinerary, we will confirm with our vendors and book your trip. We highly recommend that you take out a travel insurance to cover your trip in the event of any unforeseeable circumstances. Deposits and payments are final and non-refundable. Cancellations up to 60 days prior to the beginning of the tour: Non-refundable deposit ($1000) + (equivalent of 50% of the total amount for the trip). Guest name changes are accepted in place of trip transfers for a 100$ fee. You may request a credit towards a future tour if you can’t make the travel for no fee if received by writing 60 days prior to the beginning of the trip.
We accept last minute booking no later than 30 days before the beginning of the trip with full payment upon availability.
All prices are in US Dollars, per person based on double occupancy, meaning you will be paired with another solo traveler unless you come with your partner or friend. For single rooms, there will be an additional cost. We only book luxury houses or hotels, often 2 single or King/Queen beds with best views (Nile,Pyramid,Sea). Upgrade to suite is possible at an extra cost if available.
For group tours, your host, Mona and her team comprised of a Nubian certified egyptologist and assistants as needed will be there with you during the length of the trip. They speak Arabic, English, Nubian and French to ensure a smooth communication.
For private tours, it is based on the size of the group and preference of the travelers.
In the event of a Covid-19 restriction, we offer flexible booking options, meaning your deposit is secure and will be transfered to a new trip whenever you are able to travel.
Yes, we can! Luckily, Egyptian cuisine has many vegan, vegetarian options. Please advise us of any dietary restrictions in advance by writing so we have time to accommodate your requests with restaurants and hotels.
